Living in the moment and being present are two very challenging tasks for me. (Darned near impossible some times.) I use my Yoga practice to take a break from the chatter and the chaos of life, if even for a short time. There are, of course, numerous means to help one focus throughout the day, but for me it is simply the quiet of my mind and the stretching of my body. I am not very adept, yet...
